Managing Director, Mr. Xiao Xuan Chen, used to be a writer, very famous in the Chinese literary circles in 1980s and winner of many prestigious awards and titles. Throughout his ten years as a journalist, he acted as an enthusiastic supporter and participant in the Great Reformation Movement in China.

After coming to Britain, he devoted himself to the cultural and social activities of overseas Chinese people. He has been the chief editor of a number of magazines such as "The Yellow Earth" and "The Overseas Chinese". He is well-known and well respected in the Chinese community in this country for his many years' of charitable works and donations for various good causes, and is currently the honorable Principal of the London Mandarin School and also Chairman of the China UK Society.

Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Li Mao, graduated from the Beijing Broadcasting Institute in 1989 majoring in International Journalism. In China, she worked as a journalist and English programme presenter for Guangdong TV. She came to the UK in 1992 and obtained her Master's Degree in Communication and Technology from Brunel University in the UK in 1993.

After graduation, she worked as an editor and journalist for a bilingual magazine in London and has also been involved in various market planning projects for some leading British and US companies.

She eventually set up her own business beginning with tourism and then Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ms. Mao is currently in charge of the daily management of Herbmedic.
